After a long period of production of large automobile molds, the plating layer may fall off due to mold design, production life cycle, process conditions and other factors. Once the chromium plating layer falls off, it will cause a bad appearance on the finished panel and reduce the production yield (commonly known as dezincification, burning attached).
On-site brush/spray plating can quickly respond to problems and reduce the risk of transportation and waiting time for tank plating to achieve optimal production efficiency.
