On-site Brush Plating
Plating technology can be used for on-site repair of large equipment that is difficult to disassemble or transport, with the following applications and advantages:
Roller&Shaft on-site brush plating
using brush plating to restore the original size of the worn shaft hole on the ship's transmission, specified by Rolls-Royce engineers, avoiding welding high temperatures causing deformation
It is difficult to disassemble and support the on-site repair of the printing roller to maintain true roundness due to the old model of the machine, which may cause problems such as being unable to reassemble after disassembly.
3000T aluminum extrusion machine, damaged with depressions/scratches on the surface of hydraulic cylinder, can be repaired on-site by overall brushing, grinding, and restoration to original size.
On-site brushing for large molds
Problem Confirm:appearance of molded sheet parts.
Shielded area prepared to be plated.
Repair of the delamination by brush plating.
